«Military Pater Noster»: genesis and evolution of satirical pamphlets of XVIII—XX centuries

Well-known on the Russian North from the begining of XX century «Military Pater Noster» folk tale has no exact equivalent in Europe, though the pattern of parodic Pater Noster was imported into Russia in the 1660-s from Poland. During the last three centuries Russian military subculture has formed its own oral and hand-written traditions of «nowadays Pater Noster».
