Traditions of cattle slaughtering in the food culture Ukrainians of the Omsk Irtysh region

The article deals with traditions pigs slaughter in a family of Ukrainian immigrants in the Omsk region and their descendants on the basis of the field of ethnographic material. The basic traditional Ukrainian dish of pork and lard included in the diet of the ethnic group.
