The article shows Noruz celebrating as transformation and functioning of festive culture of Middle Asia migrant communites in Samara example. The article gives comparative data about the norms of Noruz celebrations in out-migration donor-countries (Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan) and Russia. The author also focuses on innovations and destructions in the traditions of Noruz celebrations.
