Local traditions of food culture of Letic Komi

The ecological environment has predetermined grain and meat-and-milk as the main Letic Komi food while its major part is occupied by vegetative food including wildgrowing plants. Living in a contact zone with Russians, they have enriched their cuisine having borrowed certain dishes.
