On the basis of ethnographic expedition materials the author considers nutritional system in Belorussian families at Sivinsky district of Perm region, descendants of immigrants from Vilna and Mogilev provinces. The basis of their traditional cuisine was starchy foods, cereals, and potatoes. Meat dishes were the attributes of holidays. Traditional cuisine is the most stable complex in the system of the Kama Belorussians ethnic culture. It is still being transmitted and prevails to date.
