Traditions of Food Culture in Towns of Transbaikalia in XIX — the Beginning of XX Century

The article is devoted the food of Transbaikalian townspeople as a regional variant of Russian national tradition, created under the influence of natural-geographic and climatic conditions, which had been transforming from XIX — the beginning of XX century.
