Possibilities for preservation of traditional Tatar culture in regional centers of Western Siberia

In the article the author considers problems and ways of preservation of Tatar (the second largest ethnos in Russia) traditional culture under conditions of modern megalopolises, especially in such Western Siberian regional centers as Tyumen, Omsk, Novosibirsk, and Tomsk.
