Birth and Death of the Russian House (on the material of Near-Argun-Three-Rivers region the Peoples Republic of China)

This article describes the history of a house in the former Russian settlements of Near-Argun-Three-Rivers region (Northern Manchuria) — including changes in the appearance of the house and its interiors, and the transformation of rituals and folklore traditions, connected with houses, which took place under the influence of Chinese culture.
